Simple ways to protect yourself from the harmful effects of radiation exposure from today's electronics


To say we live in a technological age may be an understatement. Much of our electronic gadgets today can be very helpful and convenient.

However there's a downside to all of this technology and it is this: our bodies are being exposed to harmful radiation at an alarming rate and unless we take measures TODAY to limit and/or reverse the damage our bodies are experiencing as a result of this especially in or near major cities in our nation, there could be very expensive consequences to face down the road.


Some possible health problems associated with exposure to electronic devices such as a microwave, cell phone, computer, Ipad, Kindle etc:

  • headaches 
  • fatigue
  • dizziness, 
  • eye problems
  • hair loss
  • muscle and heart impairment
  • muscle tension
  • increased stress
  • sleep disruption
  • energy loss
  • poor concentration
  • poor memory
  • cancer to the brain and organs
  • heart problems
  • thyroid malfunction
  • weakened immune function and more


What can be done?

Well, it's not possible to completely avoid electromagnetic radiation even if you moved to a secluded island or you threw out your LCD TV, computer and cell phone tomorrow. You are still exposed to radiation from electromagnetic radiation especially if you have to use electronic devices for work or school, from WiFi signals coming from your neighbor's house, your public library, contaminated environment from radiation leakage from a power plant, cell phone towers near your home, wifi on the trains and buses and many more possibilities.

We cannot completely avoid exposure to electromagnetic signals as it's all around us especially in major cities in our country and even possibly emanating from our technology in space beaming down to Earth. But here are some proactive things we can do.


Some steps we can take TODAY that can reverse its harmful effects on us:


  1. avoid or limit your time spent at a library or restaurant that offers free wifi
  2. get a anti-glare/radiation screen filter for your computer or cell phone
  3. set aside a few minuets to watch this video:




In addition to the above steps, it is possibly even more important to give your body the best chance at preventing and/or reversing the effects of electromagnetic radiation is to frequently consume on a daily basis as much organic/non-GMO foods, vitamins and minerals like:

On the contrary, neglecting your health and eating a diet high in processed food, meat, dairy, GMOs, refined sugars, and refined salts may leave your body more vulnerable to radiation and hinder your body's ability to heal/reverse the harmful effects.

RAW BURRITO

Directions/process


For this recipe you will need:
A high speed blender or food processor, bowls to mix in, a sharp small knife.

Ingredients: 
-Large Collard Leaves, washed and devined
-seasoned cauliflower rice 
-avocado spread
-alfalfa sprouts 
-sliced carrots
-sliced sweet peppers (yellow, red, orange)

1. After washing collards, pat dry with napkin or cloth. With a knife, remove stem. 
2. Take avocado and spread a layer on the collards. 
3. Place the cauliflower rice on top.
4. Add peppers, carrots, and alfalfa sprouts. 
5. Wrap your "burrito"... It is not as difficult as it seems. Wrap the bottom facing you (where you devined the collard) in first. Then take the right flap and Fold it on top of the bottom part you just folded. Take the left flap and fold it on top. Make sure you fold it firm and tight so that it stays together. Make sure you fold it firm and tight so that it stays together. Fold the top flap on top of the two sides you just folded. All four sides should be folded. Lastly, flip your burrito and slice down the middle. Your burrito is ready! 

Cauliflower rice:
-1 large head of cauliflower 
-12 cherry tomatoes; halved 
-1/4 piece chopped red onion 
-1/2 lime worth of juice
-1/2 tsp flax oil 
-1 tbsp spices (I used Mrs.Dash extra spicy)
-chopped bunch of cilantro (about 10 stands)
-1tbsp dried basil 
-3 scallions chopped
-1 tsp pink Himalayan salt (or celery/ Celtic sea salt)

Avocado Sauce:
-1 ripe Hass avocado 
-1 tbsp Mrs. Dash extra spicy spice blend (or spices of your choice) 
-1 clove of mashed garlic
-Juice from Half of a lemon.
-Pure/pink sea salt to taste (optional)

1. wash and cut cauliflower into florets and discard the bottom green part.
2. Place cauliflower in your high speed blender or food processor until it is crushed into a rice like texture. 
3. Mix in your other ingredients and set aside.
